Our clients had lived in their flat for a few years and were considering a move to update. Together we devised a plan to transform what was an outdated 90s development flat into a glamorous sanctuary with an emphasis on minimalism. Our clients’ main objective was to streamline the space and create a lot of clever built-in storage solutions throughout the flat. One design challenge was the long corridor into which you enter. We wanted to create a breathtaking first impression to the space, and developed an installation with bespoke antiqued glass cladding the walls and doors. We utilised statement lighting throughout the flat and added a fireplace to each floor to add warmth to the cooler scheme. The South, river facing side features many windows, and we maximised this natural light by removing the existing kitchen wall, creating a large and bright open plan space.
